Catherine (aka Kasia) earned her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University before completing her Massage Therapy education at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy.
Catherine believes our bodies do so much for us every day, and massage therapy is a meaningful way to give something back. She provides individualized treatments tailored to each client's needs while creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, listened to, and supported. In combination with her goal-centred approach, Catherine advocates for self-care and believes that both physical and mental well-being are essential to living a healthy and balanced life.
She has training in a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy, TMJ treatment, myofascial cupping, and Indie Head Massage.
Having experienced TMJ dysfunction herself, Catherine understands how frustrating jaw pain, headaches, and neck tension can be. This personal experience inspired her to pursue additional training in TMJ assessment and treatment, allowing her to help others find relief and improve their quality of life. Catherine is committed to continuous learning and expanding her knowledge to provide the highest quality care.
Outside of the clinic, Catherine enjoys staying active through fitness and sports, exploring the outdoors, travelling and experiencing new places, attending concerts, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
