Rest and Reset is a specialized Foot and/or Hand Reflexology treatment that combines calming techniques, targeted reflex work, and gentle face and head massage to help relieve stress and support your nervous system.



Designed to promote deep relaxation and improve sleep quality, the session takes place in a soothing space with therapeutic music and the option of a calming jade eye mask. You’ll also receive simple hand reflexology points to use at home, extending the calming benefits beyond your session.
