Chakra Balancing is a deeply restorative treatment designed to support energetic harmony, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. This session combines chakra focused Foot and or Hand Reflexology with targeted Indian Head Massage, creating a gentle yet powerful experience that works on both the physical and energetic levels.

Each treatment is uniquely tailored to you and is held in Reiki energy to support balance and flow throughout the body. A programmed pendulum is used to assess the state of your chakras, allowing you to see how your energy shifts before and after the session. This process brings awareness to areas of imbalance while supporting realignment of the body’s main energy centers in a calm and grounded way.

Chakra Balancing is ideal if you are feeling heavy, emotionally unsettled, mentally foggy, or disconnected from yourself. By combining reflexology and head massage with energetic work, the treatment helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote a sense of clarity and ease. Many clients describe feeling lighter, more centred, and deeply relaxed following their session.

A Crystal Healing Add-On is available for those who wish to deepen their experience. A personalised crystal layout, chosen specifically for your needs, can be included by adding 15 minutes to your session to allow time for this supportive and intentional work.
